As the Owner and Director of Luna Evolution Counseling, Gloria brings a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy that honors each individual’s unique path toward growth and healing. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, Gloria specializes in helping adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and emotional regulation.
Grounded in the belief that healing is a journey of evolution, Gloria integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and dialectical-behavior therapy (DBT) to support lasting change. With 27+ years of experience in both clinical and community-based settings, she is known for creating a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and supported.
Through Luna Evolution Counseling, Gloria is dedicated to helping clients reconnect with their inner strength, rediscover clarity, and evolve toward their most authentic selves.

Hi, I’m Annie Vasquez, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a passion for providing client-centered care and offering unconditional positive regard in every therapeutic relationship. I specialize in working with adults ages 18 to 40 who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief, and ADHD. My therapeutic approach is primarily behavioral, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, while also incorporating holistic and mindfulness-based strategies to support overall well-being.

Cruz Fox | LPC-Associate Supervised by Gloria Mendez, LPC-S
Meet Cruz Fox, a Mexican American man and Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate (He/Him). Cruz graduated from UTSA in 2020 with his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and again in 2024 with his Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. He pulls from relational cultural theory, person-centered therapy, and narrative therapy to help guide his practice. He uses empathy to help clients explore meaning, emotion, connection, and culture. Cruz is dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental counseling space, promoting vulnerability and honesty. He is passionate about social advocacy and understanding how people navigate and change systems. Cruz works with individuals aged 10 and up, struggling with anxiety, ADHD, borderline, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem, relationship issues, adjustment, and LGBTQ+ issues. Cruz offers couples counseling and has availability Monday through Friday.
Jessica Sanchez | LPC Licensed Professional Counselor

I tailor sessions to individual needs and often incorporate creative modalities such as humor, play, and art techniques to promote engagement and self-expression. I am comfortable providing services in both English and Spanish to ensure accessibility and inclusivity. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space for healing, growth, and resilience.

Drawing from a diverse toolkit of evidence-based and creative therapeutic approaches, I will integrate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Therapy), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, and Art all based on individualistic needs.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling/Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with individuals of all ages, utilizing multiple modalities, including CBT, CPT, and play therapy techniques. I have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and neurodevelopmental disorders. Diagnosis seen include; Anxiety disorders, Depression, ADHD, ASD, Trauma disorders and Personality disorders.

Danielle Bacharach is an LPC-Associate with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from UTSA. Danielle works with children, adolescents, and adults ranging from ages 5-90 years old. She focuses solely on individual counseling. Danielle has experience working with children on the spectrum, ADHD, ODD, and more. She also has experience working with adolescents/adults struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. Danielle utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy to target ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs. Danielle strives to create a safe and supportive environment for all clients.
Michelle Jay | LPC-S
Drawing from over 30 years of experience working with children, adults, and families in a
variety of settings as both a special education teacher and a licensed professional counselor, I
use multiple therapeutic approaches including EMDR, cognitive behavioral and person-centered to provide a supportive and collaborative environment to explore personal growth at a pace and in an environment that suits each person’s unique needs. With a mix of humor, empathy, advocacy, and realness, I strive to create a space that helps you grow, heal, and thrive. I am available for in-person or teletherapy appointments with both early and evening hours.
Cat Reyes, M.Ed. Counseling Intern
Cat Reyes is a counseling intern who provides client-centered counseling services pro bono under the supervision of a licensed clinician. She is passionate about creating an open, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She believes in meeting people where they are and working together to support growth, healing, and foster self-understanding. Cat's approach is grounded in empathy, connection, and respect for each person’s unique story. She is committed to learning, ethical practice, and providing compassionate care for children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Cat is available for in-person and teletherapy sessions Monday through Saturday.
